Just a Few Minutes Emergency Support (JAMES) is a unique charity that provides free training in emergency first aid for children and infants to teach parents, carers, grandparents and anyone who comes into contact with children, what to do, how to cope and how to sustain a child's life until professional help arrives.

Why is the work of the JAMES Charity so important...

The first 3 minutes following an accident are critical to survival - a large percentage of deaths could be prevented if immediate action was taken.

It takes on average 16 minutes for an ambulance to arrive at a category 'A' emergency.
